This episodes guest is Samuel Munday a former professional cyclist.
Diagnosed as Type 1 Diabetic at the age of 11 in 2009 and started to compete overseas in International cycling competitions in 2016.
After signing some big contracts he moved to Girona, Spain in 2019 to pursue his professional cycling goals.
After growing up with diabetes to become a professional athlete and overcoming a horrific cycling accident with a car Sam has some amazing tips on mindset and overcoming adversity.
