The UpFlip Podcast
65. From Content Agency to $70K+/Month SaaS Company
Episode notes
Since its launch in early 2022, Workello has helped its customers evaluate more than 30,000 candidates, quickly growing their SaaS company to a revenue of $70,000+ a month—and they’re just getting started. Find out how to start a SaaS company with the same growth potential in this interview with founder Nick Jordan.
What is a SaaS company? It stands for “software as a service,” and it’s a business model with growing demand in our increasingly virtual world. Nick’s SaaS company, Workello, grew out of the content agency he started to connect business owners with writing talent. He realized the systems he’d built for his agency would be equally helpful to other entrepreneurs, and the quick success Workello’s seen since launching is proof that he was right.
In this interview, Nick will share how he developed the systems at the heart of Workello, how he manages his growing team, and his top advice for entrepreneurs looking to start their own SaaS businesses.
