Sally has been in and around boards for almost 20 years, having served on a number of not-for-profit and community boards. She is an Executive and Business coach, the founder of the Board Coaching Institute and the author of 'The Essential Field Guide for Company Directors’.
She’s had a curiosity with boards ever since my first 'board coaching' contract in 2005. Sally finds board dynamics to be fascinating and love the challenges of establishing systems, frameworks and decoding the human instincts that underpin their success.
