The World Outside My Window [Song a Day]

The World Outside My Window [Song a Day]

It’s a song called The World Outside My Window. Every day the words and music are slightly different from the day before. It contains a Garden of Branching Lyrical Paths - but somehow we always get back to the same place. Sometimes we have to go through a probabilistic journey inspired by Quantum Computing to find our way home. (There are over a million possible variations of this song. Which one did you get?) --- Created by Martin Austwick with help from Jeff Emtman.  Find us at neutrino.watch and @neutrinowatch on twitter. THIS IS JEFFPARDY! ,

It keeps surprising me.

I find it hard to describe what exactly Neutrinowatch is. Martin and I kind of started it as a proof-of-concept, just to make sure the technology behind generative podcasting worked. It did and that's pretty neat in and of itself. But now, I do keep re-downloading the episodes daily, just to see what John, Wendy, Gus, and Ivan have been up to while I've been sleeping. Keep finding surprises. Hope you do too.

Too much music?

I am up for an adventure. When I heard the description of what this would be, I was intrigued, like a choose your own adventure where you don’t get to make the choices. So I was all in for the journey. The problem really has nothing to do with the content, I guess, because I can’t hear most of the content over the background music. Creators should take a listen to what they’re making on an iPhone. With no way to adjust the background down to being in the background, I guess I’ll keep listening to random mumblings behind strange music? I guess? Love the idea, but the execution might need tweaking.
