Today's episode is the first in a three-part series focusing on each owner's fitness journey. Today's episode is all about Alex!

Alex got his start in the fitness industry as an (extremely competitive) athlete. He lifted for sports but also trained on his own, putting in double time. During college, he reconnected with Austin and they began working out together. In 2014, they began making informative & humorous YouTube while working for an inflatables company. Alex graduated from USI in 2017, with a degree in Exercise Science.

Alex absolutely loves interacting with his clients and the ability to step into a teaching position to get each person in the best shape of their lives—whether that be for everyday life, a wedding, or competition prep.
